Prior to the decision on the recognition of a confiscation order, objects may be seized in accordance with the third section of Title IV of the First Book of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Articles 552a, 552c up to and including 552d, paragraph 1, and 552e, paragraph 1, of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall apply mutatis mutandis, on the understanding that the court shall not enter into an examination of the basis of the confiscation order.
Voorafgaand aan de beslissing tot erkenning van een confiscatiebevel kunnen voorwerpen in beslag worden genomen overeenkomstig de derde afdeling van titel IV van het Eerste Boek van het Wetboek van Strafvordering.
De artikelen 552a, 552c tot en met 552d, eerste lid en 552e, eerste lid, van het Wetboek van Strafvordering zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing, met dien verstande dat de rechter niet treedt in een onderzoek naar de grondslag van het confiscatiebevel.
