If the public prosecutor receives two or more confiscation or freezing orders from different Member States issued against the same person or relating to the same object, the public prosecutor shall decide which of the orders is to be executed, in accordance with the provisions of Article 26 of Regulation 2018/1805.
Indien de officier van justitie twee of meer bevelen tot confiscatie of bevriezing uit verschillende lidstaten ontvangt die zijn uitgevaardigd tegen dezelfde persoon of betrekking hebben op hetzelfde voorwerp, beslist de officier van justitie welk van de bevelen ten uitvoer moet worden gelegd, overeenkomstig het bepaalde in artikel 26 van Verordening 2018/1805.
