The case is brought before the sub-district court (kantonrechter) by the Public Prosecution Service at the hearing.

either by summons;

or by writ of summons.

De zaak wordt bij de kantonrechter vanwege het openbaar ministerie ter terechtzitting aanhangig gemaakt:

hetzij door oproeping;

hetzij door dagvaarding.
