If the public prosecutor has also submitted a claim for the ordering of the full or partial enforcement of a sentence imposed pursuant to Article 14a of the Criminal Code, the court shall also deliberate on its jurisdiction to adjudicate the claim, on the admissibility of the public prosecutor, and on the merits of the claim. In that case, the judgment shall also include the court's decision on the claim, unless the court declares itself incompetent to adjudicate the claim or declares the public prosecutor inadmissible.
Heeft de officier van justitie tevens een vordering ingediend tot het gelasten van gehele of gedeeltelijke tenuitvoerlegging van een met toepassing van artikel 14a van het Wetboek van Strafrecht opgelegde straf, dan beraadslaagt de rechtbank mede over haar bevoegdheid om over de vordering te oordelen, over de ontvankelijkheid van de officier van justitie en over de gegrondheid van de vordering. Het vonnis houdt alsdan, tenzij onbevoegdheid van de rechtbank om over de vordering te oordelen of niet-ontvankelijkheid van de officier van justitie wordt uitgesproken, ook de beslissing van de rechtbank over de vordering in.
