If, in the opinion of the court, the injured party is manifestly inadmissible, it may declare the inadmissibility of the injured party without further examination of the case.
Indien naar het oordeel van de rechtbank de benadeelde partij kennelijk niet ontvankelijk is, kan zij zonder nader onderzoek van de zaak de niet ontvankelijkheid van de benadeelde partij uitspreken.
