Before deciding on any petition or objection by the suspect, the court shall hear the public prosecutor. Before deciding on any claim or any objection by the public prosecutor, the court shall provide the suspect, if present, or their counsel the opportunity to be heard.
Alvorens te beslissen op eenig verzoek of verzet van den verdachte, hoort de rechtbank den officier van justitie. Alvorens te beslissen op eenige vordering of op eenig verzet van den officier van justitie, stelt de rechtbank den verdachte, indien deze tegenwoordig is, of diens raadsman in de gelegenheid het woord te voeren.
