Article 328

The public prosecutor may submit a claim and the suspect may submit a petition to the court for the purpose of obtaining any judicial decision pursuant to the provisions of this Title, unless the contrary follows from any provision.
Tot het nemen van elke rechterlijke beslissing op grond van de bepalingen van dezen Titel kan door den officier van justitie eene vordering en door den verdachte een verzoek tot de rechtbank worden gedaan, tenzij uit eenige bepaling het tegendeel volgt.
