Notwithstanding the suspension, the court is authorised at any time to temporarily reopen the examination at the hearing for certain urgent measures.

Articles 320 and 322 shall apply.

Niettegenstaande de schorsing is de rechtbank bevoegd te allen tijde het onderzoek op de terechtzitting voor bepaalde spoedeischende maatregelen tijdelijk te heropenen.
2.
De artikelen 320 en 322 zijn van toepassing.
