Without prejudice to Article 51m, all provisions in this Title regarding witnesses and their statements shall also apply mutatis mutandis to experts and their statements.

Onverminderd artikel 51m, zijn alle bepalingen in deze titel betreffende getuigen en hun verklaringen ook van toepassing ten aanzien van deskundigen en hun verklaringen.
