Article 284

The public prosecutor presents the case.

If the public prosecutor, whether in response to a defence as referred to in Article 283, paragraph 1, or having been heard by the court pursuant to Article 283, paragraph 6, is of the opinion that the indictment should be amended, Articles 313 and 314 shall apply.

De officier van justitie draagt de zaak voor.
2.
Indien de officier van justitie, hetzij naar aanleiding van een verweer bedoeld in artikel 283, eerste lid, hetzij gehoord door de rechtbank ingevolge artikel 283, zesde lid, van oordeel is dat de telastlegging behoort te worden gewijzigd, zijn de artikelen 313 en 314 van toepassing.
