For the purposes of this Act, a user of a communication service shall be understood to mean the natural person or legal person who has entered into an agreement with the provider of a communication service regarding the use of that service, or who makes actual use of such a service.
Onder gebruiker van een communicatiedienst wordt verstaan de natuurlijke persoon of rechtspersoon die met de aanbieder van een communicatiedienst een overeenkomst is aangegaan met betrekking tot het gebruik van die dienst of die feitelijk gebruik maakt van een zodanige dienst.
