The investigative officer who stops or arrests the suspect may seize objects in the suspect's possession that are liable to seizure.
2.
With regard to the examination of or in the body or the examination of the clothing of the detained suspect, Article 56 applies.

De opsporingsambtenaar die de verdachte staande houdt of aanhoudt, kan de voor inbeslagneming vatbare voorwerpen die de verdachte met zich voert, in beslag nemen.
2.
Met betrekking tot het onderzoek aan of in het lichaam of het onderzoek aan de kleding van de aangehouden verdachte geldt artikel 56.
