Article 36l

If service could not be effected in accordance with Article 36j, paragraph two or three, or Article 36k, paragraph two or three, the judicial notification shall be served upon the authority from which it originated. This authority shall thereupon send a copy of the notification without delay to the address stated in the notification, of which fact a record shall be made on the certificate of service.
Heeft de uitreiking niet overeenkomstig artikel 36j, tweede of derde lid, of artikel 36k, tweede of derde lid, kunnen geschieden, dan wordt de gerechtelijke mededeling uitgereikt aan de autoriteit van welke zij is uitgegaan. Deze autoriteit zendt alsdan een afschrift van de mededeling onverwijld toe aan het in de mededeling vermelde adres, van welk feit aantekening wordt gedaan op de akte van uitreiking.
