For the electronic transmission referred to in Article 36b, paragraph 2, a message shall be sent to the person for whom the judicial communication is intended.
Service by electronic transmission shall be deemed service in person if the person for whom the judicial communication is intended accesses the electronic facility referred to in Article 36d, paragraph 2.
Further rules may be established by or pursuant to an Order in Council regarding the application of this Article.
Voor de elektronische overdracht, bedoeld in artikel 36b, tweede lid, wordt een bericht gezonden aan degene voor wie de gerechtelijke mededeling is bestemd.
Betekening door elektronische overdracht geldt als betekening in persoon als degene voor wie de gerechtelijke mededeling bestemd is, zich toegang verschaft tot de elektronische voorziening, bedoeld in artikel 36d, tweede lid.
Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur kunnen nadere regels worden gesteld met betrekking tot de toepassing van dit artikel.
