The inspection of all procedural documents, whether in the original or in copy, may not be withheld from the suspect, subject to the provisions of Article 149b, as soon as the summons for the hearing in the court of first instance has been served upon him or a criminal order has been issued.
De kennisneming van alle processtukken in het oorspronkelijk of in afschrift mag, behoudens het bepaalde in artikel 149b, de verdachte niet worden onthouden zodra de dagvaarding ter terechtzitting in eerste aanleg aan hem is betekend dan wel een strafbeschikking is uitgevaardigd.
