Article 31

The suspect may not be denied full access to:
the official reports of his interrogations;
the official reports concerning interrogations or investigative acts at which he or his legal counsel has had the authority to be present, unless and insofar as an official report reveals a circumstance of which he must temporarily remain unaware in the interest of the investigation, and in connection therewith an order as referred to in Article 46, paragraph 1, has been given;
the official reports of the interrogations, the full content of which has been orally communicated to him.
Aan de verdachte mag niet worden onthouden de volledige kennisneming van:
de processen-verbaal van zijn verhoren;
de processen-verbaal betreffende verhoren of handelingen van onderzoek, waarbij hij of zijn raadsman de bevoegdheid heeft gehad tegenwoordig te zijn, tenzij en voor zover uit een proces-verbaal blijkt van een omstandigheid waarvan hij in het belang van het onderzoek tijdelijk onkundig moet blijven, en in verband daarmee een bevel als bedoeld in artikel 46, eerste lid, is gegeven;
de processen-verbaal van verhoren, waarvan hem de volledige inhoud mondeling is medegedeeld.
