Failure to observe formalities prescribed under penalty of nullity shall constitute grounds for annulment, both where such failure has occurred in the judgment or decree itself, and where it has occurred in the course of the legal proceedings.
Verzuim van vormen op straffe van nietigheid voorgeschreven, geeft grond tot vernietiging, zowel wanneer dat verzuim heeft plaats gehad in het vonnis of arrest zelf, als wanneer het heeft plaats gehad in de loop van het rechtsgeding.
