The public prosecutor shall record a European protection order in the form of a standard form as set out in Annex I to Directive 2011/99/EU.
The public prosecutor shall transmit the European protection order in written form to the competent authority of the executing Member State.
If the competent authority of the executing Member State is not known, the public prosecutor shall obtain the necessary information through all available channels, including the contact points of the European Judicial Network, the national member of Eurojust, or the national system of the Netherlands for the coordination of Eurojust.
The public prosecutor shall ensure the translation of the European protection order into the official language or one of the official languages of the executing Member State, or into one or more other official languages of the European Union that this Member State accepts, as evidenced by a declaration deposited by it with the European Commission.
De officier van justitie legt een Europees beschermingsbevel vast in de vorm van een formulier dat als bijlage I is toegevoegd aan Richtlijn 2011/99/EU.
De officier van justitie zendt het Europees beschermingsbevel in schriftelijke vorm toe aan de bevoegde autoriteit van de uitvoerende lidstaat.
Indien de bevoegde autoriteit van de uitvoerende lidstaat niet bekend is, wint de officier van justitie de nodige inlichtingen in langs alle beschikbare kanalen, waaronder de contactpunten van het Europees Justitieel Netwerk, het nationaal lid van Eurojust of het nationaal systeem van Nederland voor de coördinatie van Eurojust.
De officier van justitie draagt zorg voor vertaling van het Europees beschermingsbevel in de officiële taal of een van de officiële talen van de uitvoerende lidstaat, dan wel voor vertaling in een of meer andere officiële talen van de Europese Unie, die deze lidstaat aanvaardt blijkens een door hem bij de Europese Commissie neergelegde verklaring.
