The Public Prosecution Service may at any time request the competent authority of the issuing Member State to provide information regarding the necessity of the continued supervision of compliance with the supervision measures.
Het openbaar ministerie kan te allen tijde de bevoegde autoriteit van de uitvaardigende lidstaat verzoeken om informatie te verschaffen over de noodzaak van het voortduren van het toezicht op de naleving van de toezichtmaatregelen.
