If this is necessary or desirable for the execution of the order, the public prosecutor shall submit the European Investigation Order, insofar as necessary with application of Article 181, to the examining magistrate. The public prosecutor shall describe in a written motion which actions are required of the examining magistrate. The motion may be withdrawn at any time.
The examining magistrate shall make the objects, documents and data gathered by him in execution of the order available to the public prosecutor as soon as possible.
Indien zulks voor de uitvoering van het bevel noodzakelijk of gewenst is, stelt de officier van justitie het Europees onderzoeksbevel, voor zover nodig met toepassing van artikel 181, in handen van de rechter-commissaris. De officier van justitie omschrijft in een schriftelijke vordering welke verrichtingen van de rechter-commissaris worden verlangd. De vordering kan te allen tijde worden ingetrokken.
De rechter-commissaris stelt de door hem ter uitvoering van het bevel vergaarde voorwerpen, stukken en gegevens zo spoedig mogelijk ter beschikking aan de officier van justitie.
