The Public Prosecution Service and the convicted person may lodge an appeal with the Arnhem-Leeuwarden Court of Appeal against:
the decision regarding the enforcement of the measure;
the decision regarding the extension of the term of the measure; and
the decision regarding the lifting or amendment of the measure or the conditions attached thereto.
Articles 6:6:15, paragraphs 2 and 4, 6:6:16, paragraph 1, and 6:6:17 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
The decisions referred to in the first paragraph are immediately enforceable.
Het openbaar ministerie en de veroordeelde kunnen beroep instellen bij het gerechtshof Arnhem-Leeuwarden tegen:
de beslissing ter zake van tenuitvoerlegging van de maatregel;
de beslissing ter zake van verlenging van de termijn van de maatregel; en
de beslissing ter zake van opheffing of wijziging van de maatregel of de voorwaarden daarbij.
De artikelen 6:6:15, tweede en vierde lid, 6:6:16, eerste lid, en 6:6:17 zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
De beslissingen, bedoeld in het eerste lid, zijn dadelijk uitvoerbaar.
