Before taking his decision regarding the petition for criminal prosecution, Our Minister of Security and Justice may provide the international court from which the petition originated the opportunity to provide further information within a time limit to be set by him.
Alvorens zijn beslissing omtrent het verzoek tot strafvervolging te nemen, kan Onze Minister van Veiligheid en Justitie het internationaal gerecht waarvan het verzoek is uitgegaan in de gelegenheid stellen tot het verschaffen van nadere inlichtingen binnen een door hem te stellen termijn.
