Our Minister of Security and Justice shall decide on a petition originating from an international court for the institution of criminal proceedings.
The public prosecutor who receives a request directly from an international court to institute criminal proceedings shall forward that request, together with the documents attached thereto, to Our Minister of Security and Justice.
Onze Minister van Veiligheid en Justitie beslist over een van een internationaal gerecht afkomstig verzoek tot het instellen van een strafvervolging.
De officier van justitie die rechtstreeks van een internationaal gerecht een verzoek ontvangt tot het instellen van een strafvervolging, zendt dat verzoek met de daarbij gevoegde stukken aan Onze Minister van Veiligheid en Justitie.
