1.
Any person who intentionally and unlawfully deprives another person of their liberty or keeps them deprived of their liberty with a terrorist intent, shall be punished by life imprisonment or a temporary term of imprisonment of no more than thirty years or a fine of the fifth category.
2.
Article 282, paragraph 4, shall apply mutatis mutandis.

Hij die opzettelijk iemand wederrechtelijk van de vrijheid berooft of beroofd houdt met een terroristisch oogmerk, wordt gestraft met levenslange gevangenisstraf of tijdelijke van ten hoogste dertig jaren of geldboete van de vijfde categorie.

Artikel 282, vierde lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
