Any person who engages in the slave trade for their own account or for the account of others, or who intentionally participates therein directly or indirectly, shall be punished by a term of imprisonment not exceeding twelve years or a fine of the fifth category.
Hij die voor eigen of vreemde rekening slavenhandel drijft of opzettelijk daaraan middellijk of onmiddellijk deelneemt, wordt gestraft met gevangenisstraf van ten hoogste twaalf jaren of geldboete van de vijfde categorie.
