In the event of a conviction for one of the offences described in Articles 216 through 222bis, the court may pronounce forfeiture of the rights mentioned in Article 28, paragraph 1, under 1°, 2°, and 4°.
Bij veroordeling wegens een der in de artikelen 216-222bis omschreven misdrijven, kan ontzetting van de in artikel 28, eerste lid, onder 1°, 2° en 4°, vermelde rechten worden uitgesproken.
