Any person who intentionally utters as genuine and unadulterated coin or banknotes, coin or banknotes which they have themselves counterfeited or falsified, or of which the falsity or falsification was known to them at the time of receipt, or who, with the intent to utter them or cause them to be uttered as genuine and unadulterated, receives, procures, keeps in stock, transports, imports, transits or exports such items, shall be punished by a term of imprisonment not exceeding nine years or a fine of the fifth category.
