The following are punishable as perpetrators of a criminal offence:
those who commit, cause to be committed, or co-perpetrate the act;
those who intentionally induce the act by means of gifts, promises, abuse of authority, violence, threats, or deception, or by providing the opportunity, means, or information.
With regard to the latter, only those acts which they have intentionally provoked, as well as the consequences thereof, shall be taken into consideration.
Als daders van een strafbaar feit worden gestraft:
zij die het feit plegen, doen plegen of medeplegen;
zij die door giften, beloften, misbruik van gezag, geweld, bedreiging, of misleiding of door het verschaffen van gelegenheid, middelen of inlichtingen het feit opzettelijk uitlokken.
Ten aanzien van de laatsten komen alleen die handelingen in aanmerking die zij opzettelijk hebben uitgelokt, benevens hun gevolgen.
