Any person who fails to comply with the obligation to present an identity document for inspection, imposed upon them pursuant to the Compulsory Identification Act, the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Criminal Code, the Surrender Act, the Extradition Act, the Act on the Transfer of Execution of Criminal Judgments, the Penitentiary Principles Act, the Principles Act for the Nursing of Persons Subject to a Hospital Order (Beginselenwet verpleging ter beschikking gestelden), the Principles Act for Judicial Juvenile Institutions, or the Act on Special Admissions to Psychiatric Hospitals, shall be punished with a fine of the second category.
Hij die niet voldoet aan de verplichting om een identiteitsbewijs ter inzage aan te bieden, hem opgelegd krachtens de Wet op de identificatieplicht, het Wetboek van Strafvordering, het Wetboek van Strafrecht, de Overleveringswet, de Uitleveringswet, de Wet overdracht tenuitvoerlegging strafvonnissen, de Penitentiaire beginselenwet, de Beginselenwet verpleging ter beschikking gestelden, de Beginselenwet justitiële jeugdinrichtingen of de Wet bijzondere opnemingen in psychiatrische ziekenhuizen, wordt gestraft met geldboete van de tweede categorie.
