Any person who violates a general police regulation issued and promulgated under the Municipalities Act in extraordinary circumstances by the mayor, the chair of the security region, or the King's Commissioner in the province, shall be punished by detention for a term not exceeding three months or a fine of the second category.
Hij die een algemeen voorschrift van politie, krachtens de Gemeentewet in buitengewone omstandigheden door de burgemeester, de voorzitter van de veiligheidsregio of de commissaris van de Koning in de provincie uitgevaardigd en afgekondigd, overtreedt, wordt gestraft met hechtenis van ten hoogste drie maanden of geldboete van de tweede categorie.
