The Public Prosecution Service may only take a decision as referred to in Article 22f, paragraph 1, or Article 22g, paragraph 1, during the period within which the community service order must be completed, as referred to in Article 22c, paragraph 3, or within three months after the expiry of this period.
Het openbaar ministerie kan een beslissing als bedoeld in artikel 22f, eerste lid, of artikel 22g, eerste lid, slechts nemen gedurende de termijn waarbinnen de taakstraf dient te zijn voltooid, genoemd in artikel 22c, derde lid, of binnen drie maanden na afloop van deze termijn.
