If the last day of any period, regarding which any provision is contained in this Section, falls on a statutory public holiday within the meaning of Article 229b bis, the obligation and responsibility shall continue up to and including the first subsequent day which is not a statutory public holiday.
Indien de laatste dag van eenigen termijn, waaromtrent in deze Afdeeling eenige bepaling voorkomt, invalt op eenen wettelijken feestdag in den zin van art. 229b bis, blijft de verpligting en verantwoordelijkheid voortduren tot en met den eersten daaropvolgenden dag, welke geen wettelijke feestdag is.
