The person who has lost the cheque of which he was the holder may, with due observance of Article 49, paragraph 3, of Book 6 of the Civil Code, request payment from the drawee.
Degene die de cheque waarvan hij houder was, vermist, kan met inachtneming van artikel 49, derde lid, van Boek 6 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek van de betrokkene betaling vragen.
