The protest or the declaration equivalent thereto must be made before the end of the period for presentation.

2.

If the presentation takes place on the last day of the period, the protest or the declaration equivalent thereto may be made on the first following working day.

Het protest of de daarmede gelijkstaande verklaring moet worden gedaan vóór het einde van den termijn van aanbieding.

2.

Indien de aanbieding plaats heeft op den laatsten dag van den termijn, kan het protest of de daarmede gelijkstaande verklaring op den eerstvolgenden werkdag worden gedaan.
