The cheque may be drawn to the order of the drawer.
2.
The cheque may be drawn for the account of a third party. The drawer is deemed to have drawn for his own account if it does not appear from the cheque or from the letter of advice for whose account this has been done.
3.
The cheque may be drawn on the drawer himself.

De chèque kan aan de order van den trekker luiden.
2.
De chèque kan worden getrokken voor rekening van eenen derde. De trekker wordt geacht voor zijn eigene rekening te hebben getrokken, indien uit de chèque of uit den adviesbrief niet blijkt, voor wiens rekening zulks is geschied.
3.
De chèque kan op den trekker zelf getrokken worden.
