Article 32b

1.
In the case of ammunition for a firearm as referred to in Article 1, paragraph 1, point 1, in conjunction with Annex I of the Directive, the smallest packaging unit of complete ammunition shall contain:
a.
the name of the manufacturer;
b.
the identification number of the batch;
c.
the calibre;
d.
the type of ammunition.
2.
Our Minister may set further rules regarding the data to be provided.

Bij munitie voor een vuurwapen als bedoeld in artikel 1, eerste lid, onderdeel 1, in samenhang met bijlage I, van de Richtlijn, bevat de kleinste verpakkingseenheid van volledige munitie:
a.
de naam van de fabrikant;
b.
het identificatienummer van de batch;
c.
het kaliber;
d.
het type munitie.
2.
Onze Minister kan nadere regels stellen over de aan te brengen gegevens.
