The SCE works council or the limited committee is entitled to meet prior to each meeting with the SCE without the latter being represented therein. Article 2:30, paragraph 5, applies mutatis mutandis.
Unless otherwise agreed, the chairmanship of a meeting as referred to in Articles 2:29 and 2:30 shall be held alternately by the SCE and the SCE works council.
Without prejudice to any obligation of confidentiality incumbent upon them, the members of the SCE works council shall inform the employee representatives within the SCE, or, in the absence of employee representatives, all employees of the SCE and its subsidiaries and establishments, regarding the content and the results of the information and consultation procedure that has taken place in accordance with this section.
De SCE-ondernemingsraad of het beperkt comité is gerechtigd om voor elke vergadering met de SCE te vergaderen zonder dat laatstbedoelde daarbij vertegenwoordigd is. Artikel 2:30, vijfde lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
Het voorzitterschap van een bijeenkomst als bedoeld in de artikelen 2:29 en 2:30 wordt, tenzij anders wordt afgesproken, afwisselend bekleed door de SCE en de SCE-ondernemingsraad.
Onverminderd enige op hen rustende verplichting tot geheimhouding informeren de leden van de SCE-ondernemingsraad de werknemersvertegenwoordigers binnen de SCE, of, bij afwezigheid van werknemersvertegenwoordigers, alle werknemers van de SCE en van haar dochterondernemingen en vestigingen over de inhoud en de resultaten van de informatie- en raadplegingsprocedure die overeenkomstig deze afdeling heeft plaatsgevonden.
