The participating legal entities and the special negotiating body shall establish arrangements regarding the involvement of employees in the SCE in a written agreement. To that end, the participating legal entities shall, following the establishment of the special negotiating body, convene a meeting with said body to negotiate such an agreement.
The participating legal entities shall provide the special negotiating body with the opportunity to meet prior to the negotiations.
De deelnemende juridische lichamen en de bijzondere onderhandelingsgroep stellen in een schriftelijke overeenkomst regelingen vast over de rol van de werknemers in de SCE. Daartoe beleggen de deelnemende juridische lichamen na de oprichting van de bijzondere onderhandelingsgroep met deze een vergadering om te onderhandelen over een dergelijke overeenkomst.
De deelnemende juridische lichamen stellen de bijzondere onderhandelingsgroep in de gelegenheid voorafgaand aan de onderhandelingen bijeen te komen.
