The SE shall establish an SE works council.
The SE works council consists of employees of the SE and of its subsidiaries and establishments. Membership terminates by operation of law when the member ceases to be an employee.
Article 1:10, paragraph 1, applies mutatis mutandis to the election or appointment of the members of the SE works council.
With regard to the Dutch participating companies, involved subsidiaries and establishments, the members of the SE works council shall be appointed or elected, or their appointment shall be revoked, in accordance with Article 1:10, paragraphs two up to and including seven, on the understanding that those members shall hold office for a term of four years.
De SE stelt een SE-ondernemingsraad in.
De SE-ondernemingsraad bestaat uit werknemers van de SE en van haar dochterondernemingen en vestigingen. Het lidmaatschap eindigt van rechtswege wanneer het lid ophoudt werknemer te zijn.
Op de verkiezing of aanwijzing van de leden van de SE-ondernemingsraad is artikel 1:10, eerste lid, van overeenkomstige toepassing.
Met betrekking tot de Nederlandse deelnemende vennootschappen, betrokken dochterondernemingen en vestigingen worden de leden van de SE-ondernemingsraad aangewezen of verkozen, dan wel wordt hun aanwijzing ingetrokken overeenkomstig artikel 1:10, tweede tot en met het zevende lid, met dien verstande dat die leden zitting hebben voor de duur van vier jaren.
