In the application of Article 28, paragraph 4, of the EPPO Regulation, the European Prosecutor, as referred to in Article 12 of the EPPO Regulation, has the same powers as the European Delegated Prosecutor pursuant to Article 144a.
Bij toepassing van artikel 28, vierde lid, van de Verordening EOM heeft de Europese aanklager, bedoeld in artikel 12 van de Verordening EOM, dezelfde bevoegdheden als de gedelegeerd Europese aanklager op grond van artikel 144a.
