The Board shall establish regulations determining for which criminal offences the public prosecutor at the National Public Prosecutor's Office (landelijk parket) or the public prosecutor at the Functional Public Prosecutor's Office (functioneel parket), respectively, shall institute prosecution before the District Court of Amsterdam, the District Court of East Brabant, the District Court of Overijssel, or the District Court of Rotterdam, in accordance with Article 2, paragraph 1, penultimate and final sentences, respectively, of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Before adopting the regulations, the Board shall provide the Council with the opportunity to express its views on a draft of the regulations.
Het College stelt een reglement vast waarin wordt bepaald ten aanzien van welke strafbare feiten de officier van justitie bij het landelijk parket onderscheidenlijk de officier van justitie bij het functioneel parket overeenkomstig artikel 2, eerste lid, voorlaatste onderscheidenlijk laatste zinsnede, van het Wetboek van Strafvordering de vervolging instelt bij de rechtbank Amsterdam, de rechtbank Oost-Brabant, de rechtbank Overijssel of de rechtbank Rotterdam.
Alvorens het reglement vast te stellen, stelt het College de Raad in de gelegenheid zijn zienswijze over een ontwerp van het reglement naar voren te brengen.
