If, in the opinion of the Procurator General at the Supreme Court, the Public Prosecution Service does not properly uphold or execute the statutory regulations in the performance of its duties, he may notify Our Minister thereof.
At the request of the Procurator General, the information he deems necessary shall be provided to him by the Board of Procurators General, and the relevant documents shall be submitted to him.
Indien naar het oordeel van de procureur-generaal bij de Hoge Raad het openbaar ministerie bij de uitoefening van zijn taak de wettelijke voorschriften niet naar behoren handhaaft of uitvoert, kan hij Onze Minister daarvan in kennis stellen.
Op verzoek van de procureur-generaal worden hem vanwege het College van procureurs-generaal de inlichtingen verstrekt die hij nodig acht en worden hem de desbetreffende stukken overgelegd.
