Articles 12, 13 and 74 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the judicial officers referred to in Article 113.
For the performance of the tasks referred to in Article 111, paragraph 2, Article 83 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Procurator General at the Supreme Court.
The Procurator General at the Supreme Court shall, after having heard the other members of the Public Prosecution Service at the Supreme Court, establish a regulation for the handling of complaints. Article 26, paragraphs four up to and including six, shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Articles 13a up to and including 13g shall apply mutatis mutandis with respect to the judicial officers referred to in Article 111, provided that:
The powers and obligations granted to the Procurator General in Articles 13a up to and including 13g shall be exercised by the Deputy Procurator General if the conduct of the Procurator General is at issue.
for the corresponding applicability of Article 13b, paragraph 1, points (b) and (c), "Article 26 or 75" shall be understood to mean: Article 120, paragraph 3; and
A copy of the court order, as referred to in Article 13f, paragraph 3, shall be sent to the petitioner, to the judicial officer working at the office of the public prosecutor at the Supreme Court to whose conduct the investigation related, and to the Prosecutor General at the Supreme Court.
De artikelen 12, 13 en 74 zijn op de in artikel 113 genoemde rechterlijke ambtenaren van overeenkomstige toepassing.
Voor de uitvoering van de taken, bedoeld in artikel 111, tweede lid, is artikel 83 van overeenkomstige toepassing op de procureur-generaal bij de Hoge Raad.
De procureur-generaal bij de Hoge Raad stelt, gehoord de overige leden van het parket bij de Hoge Raad, een regeling vast voor de behandeling van klachten. Artikel 26, vierde tot en met zesde lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
De artikelen 13a tot en met 13g zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing ten aanzien van de in artikel 111 bedoelde rechterlijke ambtenaren, met dien verstande dat:
de in de artikelen 13a tot en met 13g aan de procureur-generaal toegekende bevoegdheden en verplichtingen worden uitgeoefend door de plaatsvervangend procureur-generaal, indien een gedraging van de procureur-generaal in het geding is;
voor de overeenkomstige toepasselijkheid van artikel 13b, eerste lid, onderdelen b en c, onder «artikel 26 of 75» wordt verstaan: artikel 120, derde lid,; en
een afschrift van de beschikking, bedoeld in artikel 13f, derde lid, wordt gezonden aan de verzoeker, aan de bij het parket bij de Hoge Raad werkzame rechterlijk ambtenaar op wiens gedraging het onderzoek betrekking had, en aan de procureur-generaal bij de Hoge Raad.
