The Supreme Court is charged with the swearing-in of officials in respect of whom this is determined by or pursuant to the law.
2.
The task referred to in the first paragraph shall be exercised by the President of the Supreme Court. The swearing-in shall take place upon the motion of the Procurator General.

De Hoge Raad is belast met de beëdiging van functionarissen ten aanzien van wie zulks bij of krachtens de wet is bepaald.
2.
De in het eerste lid bedoelde taak wordt uitgeoefend door de president van de Hoge Raad. De beëdiging geschiedt op vordering van de procureur-generaal.
