The management of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal shall constitute single-judge and multi-judge chambers, designated as customs chambers, for the purpose of hearing and deciding on appeal cases in which a judgment has been rendered by the customs chambers of the District Court of Noord-Holland. The management shall determine the composition of these chambers.
Het bestuur van het gerechtshof Amsterdam vormt voor het behandelen en beslissen in hoger beroep van zaken waarin door de douanekamers van de rechtbank Noord-Holland uitspraak is gedaan enkelvoudige en meervoudige kamers onder de benaming van douanekamers. Het bestuur bepaalt de bezetting van deze kamers.
