The courts of appeal shall take cognizance, in the first and final instance, of jurisdictional disputes between district courts within their jurisdiction, with the exception of disputes as referred to in Article 8:9 of the General Administrative Law Act.

De gerechtshoven nemen in eerste aanleg, tevens in hoogste ressort, kennis van jurisdictiegeschillen tussen rechtbanken binnen hun rechtsgebied, met uitzondering van geschillen als bedoeld in artikel 8:9 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht.
