Judicial officers charged with the administration of justice, working at the courts of appeal, are:
a.
senior justices
b.
justices
c.
deputy justices
2.
Judicial officers charged with the administration of justice in a court of appeal are, by operation of law, deputy justices in the other courts of appeal.

Rechterlijke ambtenaren met rechtspraak belast, werkzaam bij de gerechtshoven zijn:
a.
senior raadsheren;
b.
raadsheren;
c.
raadsheren-plaatsvervangers.
2.
De rechterlijke ambtenaren met rechtspraak belast in een gerechtshof zijn van rechtswege raadsheer-plaatsvervanger in de overige gerechtshoven.
