The board of the District Court of Noord-Holland shall constitute single-judge and multi-judge chambers, designated as customs chambers, for the hearing and adjudication of cases as referred to in Article 8:2, paragraphs 2 and 3, of the General Customs Act. The board shall determine the composition of these chambers.
Het bestuur van de rechtbank Noord-Holland vormt voor het behandelen en beslissen van zaken als bedoeld in artikel 8:2, tweede en derde lid, van de Algemene douanewet, enkelvoudige en meervoudige kamers onder de benaming van douanekamers. Het bestuur bepaalt de bezetting van deze kamers.
