The Supreme Court may request the relevant court administration, the person to whose conduct the investigation relates, the petitioner, and others to provide it with information in writing or orally.
The examination shall take place in chambers. The Supreme Court may, either of its own motion or at the request of the Procurator General, the relevant court administration, the person to whose conduct the examination relates, or the petitioner, hear witnesses.
The Supreme Court shall provide the relevant court administration and the person to whose conduct the investigation relates the opportunity to express their views, either in writing or orally, regarding a pending claim.
De Hoge Raad kan het betrokken gerechtsbestuur, degene op wiens gedraging het onderzoek betrekking heeft, de verzoeker en anderen verzoeken hem schriftelijk of mondeling inlichtingen te verstrekken.
Het onderzoek geschiedt in raadkamer. De Hoge Raad kan, hetzij ambtshalve hetzij op verzoek van de procureur-generaal, het betrokken gerechtsbestuur, degene op wiens gedraging het onderzoek betrekking heeft of de verzoeker, getuigen horen.
De Hoge Raad stelt het betrokken gerechtsbestuur en degene op wiens gedraging het onderzoek betrekking heeft, in de gelegenheid omtrent een aanhangige vordering zijn zienswijze schriftelijk of mondeling te doen blijken.
