Without prejudice to Article 13a, paragraph 1, the Procurator General may also, of his own motion, institute a claim before the Supreme Court for an investigation into the manner in which a judicial officer charged with the administration of justice has conducted himself in the exercise of his duties. Article 13b, paragraphs 2 and 3, shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Onverminderd artikel 13a, eerste lid, kan de procureur-generaal ook ambtshalve bij de Hoge Raad een vordering instellen tot het doen van een onderzoek naar de wijze waarop een rechterlijk ambtenaar met rechtspraak belast zich in de uitoefening van zijn functie heeft gedragen. Artikel 13b, tweede en derde lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
